Host an event

Digital Futures supports multiple workshops, conferences, and related events every year and offers support that ranges from the use of the Digital Futures hub to event organisation support from Digital Futures staff for marketing, advertising, and co-financing.

Two main types of event support

1. Digital Futures Events

These events are directly linked to projects funded by Digital Futures, such as for example Collaborative Projects, Demonstrator Projects, Societal Innovation Projects etc.

2. Co-Sponsored Events

These events are hosted by Digital Futures faculty and align with the Digital Futures agenda but are not tied to a specific Digital Futures project.

Acknowledgment & Application

We kindly request that all events acknowledge Digital Futures in their promotional materials.

Event and Room Booking Information

Please note that events such as seminars, lectures, and workshops requiring shared spaces (e.g., the cafeteria) can be booked on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

For general meetings that only require other areas (e.g., the kitchen, conference room, curtain areas, or treetop table), bookings can be made at any time using the room booking system SKEDDA. Visit Room Booking for more information.

Digital Futures House Culture

  • Be respectful during seminars and other meetings.
  • Use Quiet Zone rooms for personal phone calls and Zoom meetings.
  • Leave your space tidy and clean.
  • Please use the dishwasher in the kitchen.
  • Help us with recycling by using the designated bins.
