Scholar-in-Residence Programme

The Digital Futures Scholar-in-Residence (SIR) programme offers financial support to scholars from non-Swedish universities for short- or long-term visits to the Digital Futures environment, with durations ranging from 1 to 12 months. This programme is designed to support academics seeking a sabbatical within Digital Futures. How scholars use their time away from their home institution is flexible and entirely up to them.

This funding programme enhances the diversity of participants at Digital Futures, bringing new global perspectives to shape and influence advancements in digitalization research. The Scholar-in-Residence Programme is designed to enrich Digital Futures’ activities by fostering participation in research, teaching, events, and mentorship of early-career researchers.
